Your role?

Your role will be to develop component maintenance (parts, repair, overhaul) solutions, and to support their deployment into tenders and projects execution. You will be reporting to Head of Parts Frame Agreements in Service Nordics Parts & Overhaul organization

Your key responsibilities?

Manage Parts Agreement, including contract negotiation and pricing, day to day operation tasks linked to customer orders and invoicing, manage variation order, by interfacing with customer and internal stakeholders such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance
End to end responsibility to fulfil obligations to customers, in co-operation with relevant Alstom internal stakeholders and functions
Support Customer Service team to promote Parts & Overhauls Solutions, based on knowledge of the installed base
Digitalise the Customer Service processes: investigate digital solutions applicable for customer ordering and supply chain together with other functions such as procurement and supply chain teams
Support the management with regular status and performance reports in relation to both internal and external customers using Customer dashboard
Work together with Business Development to create Parts Catalogues Price list
Customer management and interface and development of pipeline for new business


Minimum qualifications:
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience with external stakeholder management
Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent qualification
Excellent knowledge in MS Excel
Excellent knowledge in Baan, SAP
Fluent in English and Swedish



Ideally:
You have knowledge of the railway industry
You have operational effectiveness/accountability
You are good at collaboration/teamwork
