Service Project Manager, Marine & Ports

In this role, you will oversee crane and automation projects within the Marine & Ports Service unit monitoring and leading the project team, defining main guidelines and project tasks to accomplish successful project milestones and delivery.
In this role, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.
This position reports to Service Manager.
Your responsibilities
Leading the project resources and planning project tasks and deliverables
Being responsible for projects to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Analyzing and addressing project risks, and regularly disseminating lessons learned
Working with other functions to coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers
Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements
Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders



Your background
At least 3 years of experience in delivery project management
Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
Bachelor’s degree (or above) in engineering is preferred
Since you will work in a global company, you need to master Swedish and English in both speech and writing
