We are looking for a Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) Lead with a DevOps mindset and experience from the Service Operation area.

Service Reliability Engineering aims at maximizing the engineering velocity of DevOps teams while keeping services reliable and customers happy.

Who are you?

As an SRE Lead you are responsible for functionally leading and developing the SRE delivery within the service operation area to one or several customers.

The SRE team is together with the DevOps teams responsible for supporting the customer solution and working towards continuously improving the service reliability by means of automation, improved logging and monitoring of the services.

The SRE Lead collaborates closely with other Leads (Delivery, Service, Quality Leads and other SRE Leads) to align the WirelessCar DevOps strategy and Way of Working. The SRE Lead takes lead and drives knowledge sharing and process improvements in the service operation area within the entire Delivery and Product Management department. The SRE Lead is part of the leadership team of the Customer Experience organization within the Delivery and Product Development department

Key responsibilities

Drive process improvements and create structure.

Establish and maintain good relations with internal and external stakeholders.

Encourage a psychologically safe and nurturing culture, support a creative mindset, enabling an innovation culture. Ability to inspire, develop and motivate individuals in their team.

Increase DevOps & Service Ownership mindset within the organization.

Communicate and motivate employees to contribute to WirelessCar’s short- and long-term goals and objectives.
