Service Responsible, O2D Process - Production & Industrial Maintenance

Order to Delivery IT is a function within Scania IT responsible for providing IT to Scania’s production- and logistics units globally, includes among other things development and maintenance of IT solutions for production. We are now looking for a Service Responsible to join the Production Automation Infrastructure group. Job description
You will have full responsibility for one or more services and components, and will drive the development and implementation of technical roadmaps, secure quality of delivery and handle financial control for the services. In this work you will be supported by a team of technical experts and IT architects.

You will be placed in a challenging environment with opportunities for development in coordination, leadership and technology.
 
Your main tasks

Build, maintain and execute roadmaps for development of the services
Propose development and improvements on existing services, as well as push forward in brand new service approaches and technologies
Financial ownership and control of the services, including forecast, allocation and tracking
Secure agreed and up-to-date contracts with both customers and suppliers
Measure and secure quality of deliveries from a customer satisfaction, delivery precision and costs perspective
Liaise and coordinate on different levels in the organization to secure roadmaps, funds and projects for implementation

 
Your profile
We think you have a university degree in IT or equivalent experience, supplemented with experience working as technical responsible, maintenance manager or IT project lead.  Experience from agile working methods are beneficial. In addition to Swedish, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
 
As a person you are structured, socially skilled and customer oriented and have good communication skills. Furthermore you are proactive, take initiative and ownership, and have the drive to move our services forward.
