SERVICE SALES MANAGER, VESTAS NORTHERN EUROPE, SWEDEN



Department

Vestas Northern Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland and the Baltics. We are responsible for the sales, installation and service of wind farms throughout these regions. We strive to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern Europe the best place to work.

The Service department is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind turbines within Sweden. The department has an open and informal culture, where team work and good communication is the key to our success. Responsibilities and tasks

As Service Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

-Manage all service aspects of the tender process for new projects together with the Sales Department
-Support Sales Department with the service agreements
-Capture and negotiate post warranty service contracts
-Develop relationship with clients stake holders to ensure achievement of the delivery plan
-Accountable for all service contract negotiations within the Region, and provide subsequent advice and guidance to Sales regarding Service


Qualifications and work experience

On a personal level you are/have
-Strong Commercial acumen with sound profit and risk awareness
-Strong bias for action (task oriented)
-Systematic and organized approach to work
-Flexible and adaptable, change orientation

On a professional level you are/have:
-Minimum a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
-Minimum 3-5 years' experience in B2B sales
-Experience from working in an international organisation
-Excellent analytical skills
-Very good working experience with Excel. Knowledge about SAP would be an advantage
-Fluency in Swedish and English
