Bosch Rexroth in Mellansel develops, produces and delivers world-leading hydraulic drive systems and services under the Hägglunds product brand. The business also has a global sales and service base. Customers are found in the recycling, mining, sugar, plastic and oil industries, among others. The common denominator is that their businesses demand the most and the best. Bosch Rexroth in Mellansel has about 400 employees and is part of the Bosch Group.
Bosch Rexroth plans for a strong above market increase in the service and aftermarket business. Therefore, we need to strengthen our service organization with a Service Sales Manager.
Job Description
The service of the Hägglunds products and drive systems is an important part of the Hägglunds business, in terms of sales volume and profit. It helps us winning new orders by servicing existing customers professionally over the entire life of our products.
In the role as Service Sales Manager you will work independently with a responsibility for the service business and activities within the geographical territory of North and South America. Your task will be to drive and support the Hägglunds country units, on local service strategies, as well as to initiate and participate in local service projects for business growth. Your task will be to work with our installed base, i.e. Hägglunds products and drive systems already running at end users.
Qualifications
We believe that you have a technical degree at university level and at least five years working experience from technology based industry, in a sales or service responsibility. Technical interest and understanding is a prerequisite for the position. Knowledge of hydraulics is desirable. Experience from customer oriented work and leading staff or projects is an advantage. You are a clear communicator with the ability to inspire, convince and build networks. The position requires a good knowledge both in written and spoken English. Language skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese is meritorious.
As a person, you like to work independently towards defined targets and have an entrepreneurial spirit. You have a sales mentality that enable you to support country units in defining and running growth initiatives. Travelling is a necessary part of the job; approximately 50-75 days of traveling per year. The workplace is located in Mellansel, just outside Örnsköldsvik.
