You as a Sales Specialist, will be part of Hitachi Energy, Grid Automation business based in Sweden. You will be responsible for sales of services within the Swedish market in accordance with our service growth strategy and sales team. You will also contribute to building long term customer relationships and managing resolution to specific customer needs and issues as well as identifying and developing sales opportunities.
Your responsibilities
Take an active personal role in sales to reach the given yearly sales targets for Grid Automation Sweden
Contribute to the overall sales activities in the Swedish and European service sales team
Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective sales activities
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent relation building and knowledge of customer needs
Promote, deliver and win orders in coordination with our teams
Find solution for customer requirements in technical and financial aspects of offers, including pricing and trading conditions
Perform risk analysis and establish right sales prices in the Swedish market
Follow up sales opportunities to meet deadlines and customer expectations
Collaboration with our European organization
Your background
Experience with B2B sales is needed and knowledge of the energy market is an advantage
You have a drive to sell and enjoys networking with customers and colleagues
You hold a technical and/or business degree in relevant area, preferably combined with some years’ experience with customers in the Automation Systems market
Experience in sales planning, forecasting and budgeting
Experience in business development is an advantage
On a personal level, you are a self-motivated and reliable team player with an independent and result oriented working style, as well as strong communicative and collaborative skills
You are structured, persistent and well-organized in your way of working
You are ready to work in an international and multicultural work environment
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken alike
