The Power Grids division is the world’s leading supplier of power and automation products, systems and service solutions across the power value chain of generation, transmission and distribution serving utility, industry, transportation and infrastructure customers directly and through channel partners. You will be part of Grid Integration, a business unit within the Power Grids division. Grid Integration supplies stations, systems solutions and service for transmission and distribution facilities. Customers are power companies, industry and other companies that need to be connected to power networks. The market is driven by the need to create stable power networks and by environment reasons with the aim of increasing the use of renewable energy. Our environment offer also includes connecting ships to power networks to replace diesel operation in ports. We design and build indoor and outdoor stations that are both reliable and dependable. The Center of Competence for Power Quality (former FACTS) is responsible to support global demand units with and expert support on installed base.
Your responsibilities
As Service Solutions manager for Center of Competence, Power Quality (former FACTS), you will be part of the Management Team. You will lead the Service solutions team (with 3 mangers), which is responsible for driving and implementing the service strategy for the unit.
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mind-set and strong focus on customers, building trust, and strong collaboration with demand units.

You are a dynamic leader, both able to lead the team when that is required and coach and motivate people to make them grow in your environment.

Your background
You should at a minimum have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or another related field,
Several years of business and people management experience.
You preferably have good technical understanding and a genuine interest for the Power Transmission & Distribution and Industry.
We appreciate several years’ experience in service and/or maintenance.
You have proven record of delivering results, have high integrity, and always put safety first. Excellent communication skills and a good command of Swedish and English are required.
