The job
As a Service Specialist you will be part of our Operations Department.
You will cooperate with multiple teams to help our service run smoothly, as well as ensuring our customers get the best experience possible. Your daily work will involve fraud preventions, advanced trouble shooting and system configuration.
We are looking for someone who loves learning from others as well as sharing their knowledge. You are good at identifying problems, thorough, and has analytical thinking. This is a junior position and we think that you have worked 1-3 years with SQL and that you are looking for new and exciting challenges. Previous experience with technical support is meriting but not a requirement.
You:
Have a good level of technical competence in order to understand Rebtel's products and services
Can coordinate with internal/external specialists for configuration, support, and troubleshooting
Are good with SQL, previous experience of 1-3 years
Are able to work in a team as well as to work independently
Are able to work with several tasks at the same time
Have the flexibility to change objectives and priorities
