You will be a part of ABB Force Measurement in Västerås, which is a business line with-in the Measurement and Analytics division. We develop and provide a comprehensive range of force and dimension measurement products designed to improve control, productivity, and quality in a wide variety of processes and industries. Our unique basic principles are well suited for harsh environments, which has provided us with a long track record of satisfied customers. We are world leading within these business areas with a large market share over the world.

In this position you will have the opportunity to work with market leading products in a small ABB unit and you will be a part of a global team with a strong team spirit. The team consists of 6 employees and includes both senior, very experienced commissioning engineers and recently employed young talents.
We are looking for a Service and Support Manager who is open to change and wants to drive your own and the team’s development.
Your responsibilities
People and competency management in the Service & Support function to meet business needs.
Recommending, developing, and improving processes and procedures to enhance team performance.
Evaluate and manage risk and opportunities.
Lead the Service & support team in Sweden and provide support globally.
Technical support, technical training, remote and on-site services, Installed base data management.

Your background
You have an university degree in Engineering
Leadership experience
Ideally, minimum of 5 years of experience in a manager role
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
You are collaborative, customer focused and process oriented
Experience in metals industry/process industry is a plus
Experience in technical service and support is a plus
