Service SW Manager

The role
• Manage and develop the Service Software Business, Sales and Operations
• Implement efficient system and process support to handle the Software contracts in best possible way
• Drive and support software projects to improve productivity at our customers.
• Together with the Software team cover the needs of our customers and sales in Nordic.
• Help make the team successful and to grow the team over time.

What we expect of you
We are looking for you that have a good understanding in Atlas Copco software; ToolsNet, ToolsTalk, SQS and similar. You thrive in the contact and problem solving at our customers and you love the combination of tech and software and making things work. Alongside with this you also like to sell, and you see business opportunities in all you do. You are fluent in English and you have a driving license. In addition, you have no problems traveling during periods, especially within the Nordics. It is a merit if you have experience of or is interested in a managerial role in the quite near future.

What you can expect from us
In your role as Service Software Manager you will be responsible for the development of our Software support function and also the operational part of the Software contract business. You will share your passion and drive some of Atlas Copco’s most important values: customer satisfaction, quality and productivity. You will report to Business Line Manager Service Nordic and be part of a big team that offers our customers service and technical knowledge both regarding software and hardware.
