Service Technician

Candela Speed Boat is leading the transformation towards electric boating. By combining hydrofoils with carbon composites and an all-electric drive train, we reach a speed and range on par with combustion engine boats. Add to that an almost silent ride and unmatched smoothness in high waves.

We are producing our boat the “Candela Seven” at our facility at Gåshaga, Lidingö. The number of Candelas in need of service and care is increasing fast and to maintain the high service level towards our customers we are now looking for a Service Technician to join our Service & Delivery team.

Your main work tasks includes:

- Basic boat service tasks
- Transport of boats on land (on trailer) to and from customers and storage
- Transport of boats at sea to and from customers
- Launch and pick up of boats on trailer
- Wash and prepare boats for storage and delivery


Required competence and experience:

- Driving license level BE
- Experienced boater
- Like to take own initiatives and can work independently
- Fluent in English and Swedish (English is our main language at work)


Qualifying competence and experience:

- Fork lift driving license
- Experience from hands-on work with service and maintenance of boats, cars or equal

We are currently close to 40 people based in our Gåshaga facility on Lidingö, growing fast. As a team we are very diverse, covering 14 nationalities and specialties ranging from electronics design to composite lamination. We love and are 100% focused on what we do but are at the same time conscious about finding an acceptable balance with our lives outside Candela. This role is based at our Gåsaga facility, and will include a fair amount of travel to our customers and their Candelas (travels mainly within Sweden).
