JBT is an international market leading company in the global food processing industry. We have offices in more than 100 countries all over the world and we have customers like Gunnar Dafgård AB, Fazer Oy and Danish Crown AmbA. We are now looking for Service Technicians to join our North Customer Service Team.
Job Summary
• You will work as a Service Technician, with the possibility to have your home as base. Main office is in Helsingborg and you are expected to travel frequently. Approximately between 25-30 weekends per year with an average travel length of 3-4 days and in rare cases up to 2 weeks.
• Your area is mainly the Nordic and Baltic countries, but it also happens that we provides support for our colleagues in Europe.
• Main tasks is to carry out primarily service, repair, inspections and rebuilding of existing equipment as well as performing service and field trouble shooting in our North Service Region.
• Provide technical support both on site and by phone or mail.
• Train customer employees in maintenance, operation, safety and cleaning.
Qualifications/Skills Required

As a person, you are organized with a great flexibility and you have a high level of self-motivation together with strong work ethics and interpersonal skills. You are very service minded and take great responsibility to solve customers’ problems.
You have:
• A Technical/Mechanical education or an Electrical education if you have a willingness to learn the mechanical part of the work
• Minimum 3 years’ experience from similar tasks with technical and/or mechanical focus
• Ability to create and maintain good customer relations and enjoys to travel for work
• Knowledge within welding and electricity are considered a merit
• Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English. Any additional language is an advantage
