Frozen Brothers are the leading company in the ice crystals industry, formerly known as Slush Puppie Ltd have been the leading slush company since the 1970’s. You will be working with very strong brands including Coca-Cola and Fanta. We’ve ambitious goals and we know it’s the expertise and enthusiasm of our people that fuels our continual growth. Right now, we are looking for some outstanding Service Technicians to join our expanding team.

The Role

As part of our service team, you will be responsible for giving our customers the very best customer service experience every time. This will involve visiting a wide range of premises to:

• Carry out detailed technical and quality health checks and preventative maintenance.

• Diagnose and fix faults.

• Complete installations.

• Participate in customer training.

We will offer you training and induction after which you will work within the team of technicians in the field.

Criteria

We seek technicians with the ability to deliver a great customer experience, a positive attitude, and determination to succeed.

Essential:

Driving Licence

Language – Swedish and English

High standards of cleanliness and reliability

Safe working practice

Beneficial:

Previous technical experience in the frozen drinks industry is preferred. Experience in other technical service areas will be considered.

Hours of Work: Minimum of 40 hours per week.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Travel: Availability to travel within Sweden and to the UK.

33 days Holiday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: As per experience

Work is largely planned in and around your working area, although we ask you to be flexible. You may be required to work away from home on occasion.
