Service Technician

We are currently seeking our new Field Service Technician!
Your key responsibilities
As a service technician, you will be part of our knowledgeable support and service department.
The main tasks are to carry out delivery, assembly, installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of Konecranes Lifttrucks products in the field, at customers and dealerships, as well as to instruct and train drivers and technicians in safety, technology, function and handling.
You are expected to contribute and make suggestions for development and quality improvement, as well as report problems and operational experience.
The role will be located in Markaryd and you will be reporting to our Global Product Support Manager.

What should you bring?
Our ideal candidate is an enterprising, responsible and service-oriented person with high social skills who is passionate about technology and helping others.

Furthermore, we see that you have:
A broad technical experience and good knowledge in electricity, electronics, control systems, hydraulics and mechanics.
Knowledge in software is meritorious.
Previous experience from the truck, forest, agricultural, construction industry and/or similar tasks are preferred.
We are especially interested in someone with experience and interest in the electrification of industrial trucks/equipment and electrical vehicles.
You are fluent in English in speech and writing. Additional languages ​​are meritorious.
Driver's B license, good PC experience and feel comfortable with various technical aids.
Traveling alone, sometimes with short notice, 60-100 days/year.
