We are looking for an open-minded and result-driven person who wants to accompany our global service training team on the way to shaping operational excellence for generations to come.
You will be a part of our Parts & Services Division organization and the global service operations team.
Your mission
As a Service Training Program Manager, you will lead a small team and your common mission will be to design and assess non-technical service training programs. You will identify and analyze training needs to develop new, or modify and improve existing training programs. You will be also responsible to plan, develop, and deploy relevant and effective training and staff development programs related to service, using methods and tools such as classroom training, simulations, multi-media, on-the-job training, workshops, etc. In this function, you will work closely with the whole organization, especially with Epiroc University.
The role reports to Global Service Training Manager.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, we believe you are a strong team player with strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge in the area of training and service is an advantage as well as previous managerial experience.
You are analytical, people-focused and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced work environment. You are a good communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels and functions and an ability to influence teams.
As this a global role, fluency in English (spoken and written) is necessary, Swedish is a benefit.

Location and travel
The location for this role is preferably Örebro, Sweden, but other locations in the proximity of Epiroc offices may be considered. Occasional travel would be required in this role.
The role can be performed in a hybrid way. It is a way of working that offers flexibility and allows for a better balance between work and private life, which also promotes well-being. The exact split between on-site and remote work is up to further agreement.
