Your role in the team
Want to step into the IT industry and start your development in a company whose goal is to have the industry's best managers and leaders? We give you the opportunity to challenge yourself with new variable assignments, or simply be part of a larger existing service delivery. We work with everything from local to global customers and support them, primarily in the IT services such as Service Desk, On-Site, operation and monitoring. In other words, there are opportunities for development with us. Either by Atea-paid certifications from the biggest and most well-known suppliers or simply by sheer experience. Eventually you may have found your niche and then it’s time to join a new team in Atea and on the way to meet even more wonderful colleagues who share your drive in IT.

Your work tasks
You'll be part of a fantastic servicedesk team which provides remote support for a large global company located in Lund. You'll provide support in Italian and English (and possibly Swedish if you know the language).

Requirements
• A passion for IT and service.
• Good communication and teaching skills.
• Logical thinking and troubleshooting methodology.
• Work experience of giving it-support.
• Italian andEnglish in both speech and writing.

Desirable
• Be able to speak Swedish
