Arbetsbeskrivning
Your Responsibilities Will Be
Collect and summarize customer requirements, organize internal resources for analysis and business planning
Deliver Support and contribute service solutions for our customer
Responsible for coordination and management of installation and commissioning work of LEAD equipment
Responsible for equipment delivery to customer after FAT and after sales, and for service concept planning
Responsible for onsite problem identification, trouble shooting, and maintenance activity
Responsible for analyze of problem root cause, and maintain problem database
Tracking of service project delivery according to time plan, ensure on time delivery
Regular customer visit and relationship maintenance, promoting after sales products
Qualifications
Solid theoretical knowledge with practical skill as mechanician, electrician or mechatronician
At least 2 years working experience in after-sales service
Proficient project management knowledge and skilled communication and team ability
Sense of risk management
Proficiency in MS Office software (Word/Excel/PPT)
Willingness to travel and to work on-site
Language: fluency in Chinese & English, Merit in speaking Swedish/ German/French
