For Group IT we’re currently looking for two ServiceNow Developers to join our team, where we explore new ways of working, focus on customers and embrace our strong values. Your mission
In this position, you build and enhance functions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on creating a smooth and automated process for all our colleagues globally. You have a variety of tasks, working closely together with your team and stakeholders to create the best experience possible and at the same time expand the vision of future functions in the ServiceNow platform. By addressing user needs, you build the best workable solutions that meet functional, compliance, and quality requirements. You translate business needs into working services, requirements, designs, development, test, release, and maintenance as well as provide options for how solutions could be evolved in order to contribute with even more value.
You work in a team that has the scope of Request, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge management and the aligning processes. Joining us, you’ll have the chance to work with the latest and greatest ServiceNow capabilities such as Employee Center, Predictive Intelligence/Machine Learning, UI Builder, AI Search and all the new capabilities to come.
The location for this job is in either Stockholm or Sandviken and allows for a hybrid working schedule. Some domestic travel between Stockholm and Sandviken will be needed.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with a relevant degree and solid knowledge and understanding of our processes, ITSM, CSDM and Configuration management. You have certification as Certified System Administrator and you are skilled on the ServiceNow platform configuring portals, next experience UI, workspaces, flow designer, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Beneficial to this role is experience in agile ways of working, Performance Analytics, Certified Application Developer, Integration hub, Employee center, Catalog builder and Service Portfolio Management. You’re proficient in English, in both written and verbal form.
