Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Based on stated needs and requirements, develop a solution proposal in ServiceNow that realizes benefit and cost efficiency
Analyze and break down requirements/needs in dialogue with the business
Work together with their customers and the requirements analysts, system administrators and developers who are part of the system management team
Be helpful in various IT projects and represent the ServiceNow architect forum
Carry out a consequence and gap analysis where necessary
Prepare and produce documentation in matters relating to strategic decisions regarding the ServiceNow environment’s future development within the business
Stay updated and informed about upcoming news and roadmaps from the supplier and ensure that the customer gets the most effect from this
Work together with customer requirements analysts, system administrators as part of the system management team
Develop and implement functions based on the ServiceNow platform
Development and implementation of functions in ServiceNow and their documentation
Establish necessary integrations
Handover to technical system management of developed deliveries
Be part of the technical management team and follow the rules, routines for development and management that have been developed

What You Bring:
Experience with larger organizations of at least 10,000 users
Experience with Javascript
WebService integrations via SOAP and REST as well as the xml and Json formats
Development, customization and implementation of ServiceNow
Must have experience of having worked with at least one assignment within the Swedish public sector or Swedish government authority in the last 10 years
Hold ITIL certification, at least version 3
Hold ServiceNow certification for System administrator
Hold at least one certification for ServiceNow Implementation specialist
