Job Description
Do you want to bring the power of automation and Self-Service Portal together and enable your future colleagues to create even more value for our customers? Then this is the opportunity for you to join us as our new ServiceNow Developer!
In the Service Portal & Request Automation team we offer all users the opportunity to have orderable services in the Self-Service Portal, with a focus on customer value and efficiency. We both improve and develop new and existing services to provide an effortless automated Self-Service, all on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Developer you will build and enhance functions in the platform, focusing on creating a smooth and automated process for all over our colleagues globally. In this role you will have a variety of tasks, working closely together with your team to create the best experience possible and at the same time explore the vision of future functions in the ServiceNow platform. Furthermore, you will:
Build the best possible solutions that fulfils user needs as well as meets functional, compliance and quality requirements for H&M Group
Translate business needs into working services, requirement, design, development, test, release and maintenance
Based on priorities perform daily tasks and incidents in parallel with new development

Who are you?
We believe you have experience working in ServiceNow, maybe you have a micro certification in Flow Designer or Service Portal Fundamentals. You have excellent communications skills and the ability to understand and analyze complex information and share it in effective and powerful ways to colleagues, users and management. You have previous experience working agile and can take responsibility, work proactively and continuously transform customer needs into workable solutions. We also believe that you:
Are ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Have scripting knowledge, 2+ years’ experience of following languages
JavaScript
AngularJS
HTML + SCSS
Have experience working with APIs

Request Management on the Now Platform
It is also qualifying if you worked with UX design, ServiceNow CAD, ITSM, ITIL, Integration Hub fundamentals, Automated Test Framework fundamentals or Service Portal Advanced
