In the team Helpdesk & Servicedesk WOW & Tools our goal is to enable an awesome support experience for our amazing colleagues worldwide through technology and innovation. Joining us, you will have the chance to work with the latest and greatest ServiceNow capabilities such as Predictive Intelligence/Machine Learning, Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, Natural Language Understanding and Walk Up Experience and the new capabilities to come. Together with your team, you will have a great impact to improve and digitalize large scale processes and to be in the forefront of new technological initiatives.
Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Developer you will build, enhance, deploy and troubleshoot functions in the platform, focusing on creating solutions for our global support teams. You will co-operate with the ITSM platform teams within the organisation and our partners at ServiceNow to align the product roadmap, best practices, platform dependencies, methods and ways of working, experimenting with new products and features. Furthermore, you will also:
Design, develop and support functions in ServiceNow
Translate strategies and requirements into modern and scalable solutions
Use an experimental mindset to identify new possibilities in the ServiceNow platform
Who are you?
To be successful in this role you have experience of hands-on development in the Now platform. You are passionate about finding creative and suitable ways of solving every-day struggles. You will help H&M Group not only to follow market trends but also to take the lead on innovation. We believe you are communicative, analytical and explorative. You have previous experience from working in large companies with integration platforms and with many stakeholders. You know how to translate requirements and visualize technical roadmaps. We also believe that you:
Have deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and data model
Proven experience of Now platform development required
Previous experience of Machine Learning, Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent or Walk up Experience is an advantage, not required
Previous experience of flow designer, integration hub advantage, not required
Are certified in ServiceNow ITSM
Have great experience in stakeholder management
Have a mindset hand in hand with our agile practices; everyone is a leader, fail and learn fast, celebrate both failure and success
Have good knowledge, both written and oral, in English

This is a fulltime position with placement in Stockholm, Sweden, and planned start is during Q3 2021.
