Assignment Description:
We are looking for Business Analysts who have an interest in ServiceNow and HR to join our team
What you will work on:
Collaborate with the business to identify and prioritize IT system and service requirements that align with business needs.
Conduct workshops to gather and define technical, business, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with various regulatory standards while structuring and monitoring project progress.
Provide valuable analytical insights and fact-based decision support to help achieve business goals.
Embrace agile methodologies and work collaboratively within a knowledge-sharing team.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a curiosity for emerging technologies.

What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Science from a recognized university.
Demonstrated keen interest in technology and application management.
Proficient in conducting thorough requirement analysis and process optimization.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Fundamentals through specialized training.
Certified as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Mainline).
Proven experience in handling development projects and navigating the interface between operations and IT.
Skilled in leading and facilitating workshops.
Background in application development.
Knowledge of agile working methods, including Scrum or DevOps.
