ServiceNow Platform Architect

Your role

Engage as Saabs primary ServiceNow platform architect, a role that is important for the future development of ServiceNow as a platform. As a platform architect you will be a part of the ServiceNow Maintenance team. You will be:

* Responsible for the overall technical platform architecture and design rules for both new initiatives as well as for the run and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. Includes standards and best practice definitions for: configuration and customization, integration, security and user experience.
* Responsible for development governance so that each and every module specific teams have their framework and boundaries for platform development.
* Responsible for overall design authority & quality assurance
* Participate in and or lead design workshops, development, testing and deployment activities with Saabs internal and external implementation teams
* Work closely with Saabs IT Business Network team to early on engage in new business demands and innovation activities where the ServiceNow platform can be used to create a more efficient Saab Enterprise
* Sounding board to the Enterprise Architecture Team
* Secure license compliance from a solution perspective
* Operative dialog with ServiceNow

Your profile:

* Earlier experience as a developer moving into high-level architecture roles

* Proven comprehensive ServiceNow experience in development, configuration and integrations
* Up to date ServiceNow implementation certifications within one or multiple product lines is a merit
* Strong technical understanding within the following ServiceNow product lines:

* ITSM
* ITOM
* HRSD
* CSM

* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude
* Experience in ServiceNow self-hosting/on premises setup is a merit
* Language: Fluent in Swedish and English

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

You will be part of

Corporate Applications that works with application maintenance within Group IT. As a platform architect you will be a member of the ServiceNow Maintenance and work both with the maintenance and with Saabs IT Business Network team to early on engage in new business demands and innovation activities
