ServiceNow Platform Architect


As a ServiceNow Platform Architect you will manage, maintain and develop, the solutions and architecture of the platform together with the platform team and the vision. By contributing with your strong technical leadership, you will be able to design improvements, gather requirements but also secure the operational aspect as well as strategical. In this role you would be working across the platform; together with different teams you will establish high quality solutions that are built for the future. Your day-to-day work
Your daily activities will consist of technical expertise in different initiatives, maintaining the platform and finding new innovative ways to improve the solutions. You will be:
· Responsible of the ServiceNow Platform Architecture and you will act as a technical leader who provides consultative leadership to the platform teams, projects, assure platform alignment to business strategy, and governance decisions
· Aligning the ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap
· Leading the ServiceNow teams in implementation of technical solutions by best practices, policies, procedures and ensures controls and analysis of impacts for new requirements
· Creating and maintaining a detailed view of existing architecture

We expect you to have/be
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or another relevant field
• Advanced technical foundation and working experience of the ServiceNow platform
• Working experience in IT architecture
• Technical leadership through empathy, collaboration, adaptability/flexibility, and coaching
• Strong experience in requirements-gathering and communication skills in English

It is a plus if you have experience in enterprise security.

Additional information for you
Preferably at Group Headquarters, Gothenburg Sweden. Other locations may be considered. Local contract.

You will report to the Manager of Service Management ＆ User Experience who is located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
