ServiceNow Software Engineer to H&M Group

At H&M Group we are on a digital transformation journey and we need to secure the WoW and tools that supports the Product Organisation. In our agile Organisation the product “Ops Enablement team” mission is to enable efficiency, automation, and cross collaboration for our colleagues by providing the best tools and WoW for the processes aimed at keeping the lights on. The processes in scope are Incident, Problem, Deployment Change, Knowledge and Event.
Your role
As a Software Engineer you will be a part of a global cross functional agile product team, working daily on translating product strategies and requirements into suitable, maintainable, and scalable solution designs. You will, in collaboration with the team, work on how the ServiceNow platform adds value and ties into the defined business outcome in our Organisation. You will work with development and implementation of API: s with specific focus on ITSM related integrations and ServiceNow as a source. Your daily work will also include testing and deployment, sharing best practices with other teams as well as produce necessary documentation
Who are you?
As a Software Engineer at H&M Group we believe you are an expert in ServiceNow and experienced in Agile way of working. You have excellent communications skills and the ability to understand and analyze complex information and share it in effective and powerful ways to colleagues and management. You can take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex and quickly transforming environments.
Mandatory requirements:
Experienced in Agile Way of Working (Scrum)
Holistic understanding of the ServiceNow platform, architecture, and design
Min 10 years’ experience from ServiceNow as a developer
Min 5 years’ experience from ITSM, CMDB
Min 3 years’ experience of Java scripting
ServiceNow Certification: Certified System Administrator
