About the role
Cognizant is expanding its support service scope around ServiceNow in Europe region, and we are looking forward for a ServiceNow Technical specialist to join us on this evolving journey. We are looking forward for an energetic and innovative customer focused mindset to understand the business requirements and come out with various solutions around ServiceNow implementations. As a ServiceNow Specialist candidate will get a chance to work with multiple clients across Nordics region on experimenting and implementing various solutions around ServiceNow and integrations.
Key responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow modules
Maintenance and version upgrade of the ServiceNow platform
Assist clients on forming the roadmap for ServiceNow and drive the implementation
To participate in key internal and client discussions to update the progress on various implementations

Our ideal candidate
We are looking for a candidate with a good hands-on ServiceNow experience. Overall 5+ years of experience around Service Now. The specialist should have experience in:
Implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Request, Change, Service Level Management, Notifications) and integrations with various applications.
Good stakeholder management skills as well as be able to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers and lead from front. Be independent in overall relationship management.
Excellent fluency in Swedish or Norwegian language.

Office Location – The candidate should operate 2 days from client office (either Malmö-Sweden or Oslo-Norway) and for rest 3 days can operate remote.
