About the assignment:

Work tasks

- Have a holistic and strategic view of how the ServiceNow platform adds value and ties into the defined business outcomes to our Business Tech organization
- Translate product strategies and requirements into suitable, maintainable and scalable solution design
- Use an experimental mindset to identify, evaluate and recommend alternative design options
- Work with development and implementation of API:s with a specific focus on ITSM related integration and ServiceNow as a source
- Provide the simplest possible solution that fulfils user needs as well as meets functional, compliance and quality requirements
- Drive testing and deployment of software solutions, including ensuring automated testing to ensure solution quality
- Identify and share best practices with other teams as well as produce necessary documentation
- Make sure to deliver solutions on time and identify and eliminate potential waste (e.g. unnecessary documentation, inefficient methodologies etc.)


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Experienced in Agile Way of Working (Scrum)
- Holistic understanding of the ServiceNow platform, architecture and design
- Min 4 years experience from ServiceNow as a developer
- Min 3 years experience from ITSM, CMDB
- Min 3 years experience of Java scripting
- ServiceNow Certification: Certified System Administrator
- English


Preferred competence and experience:

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Integration Hub fundamentals, micro certification
- API Knowledge (REST API, JSON, XML, GraphQL)
- IT Service Management (ITSM) Fundamentals (on the ServiceNow platform)
- ITIL Certification
- Scripting knowledge, Bootstrap, PowerShell
- Automated Test Framework fundamentals
- CSDM 3.0 fundamentals
- Performance Analytics Essentials

- Ability to understand and analyze complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications to colleagues and management
