What we are looking for
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Services Business Developer to support growth of Digital Power Services & Solutions.
You will be responsible to support the Field Services organization to boost the Digital Power Services Business with four main objectives:
Responsibilities
• You will follow-up closely with the sales on opportunities and provide presale support to drive the business and to act as a leader in Digital Power solutions to grow the annual revenue
• Support the FSS (Field Service Sales) and FSR (Field Services Representative) opportunities with technical, product offering and quotations relating to mainly Power Quality (PQ) & Power Monitoring System solutions & services mainly.
• Grow the PQ & Power Monitoring System solutions & services business by promoting the offer, mentoring and training the Field Service representatives and Field Services Sales in the team.
• Support PQ site audits with customers
Required skills and experiences
Technical requirement
• Bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering.
• Not less than 5 years of practical experience in energy management, power quality, power system or power electronics
• Understand electrical single-line diagram.
• Knowledgeable in LV electrical distribution and MCC.
• Knowledgeable and Experience in Power Monitoring systems, electrical metering solutions and associated common communications protocol standards e.g. Modbus RS 485 / IP applied. • Experience in application of Power or Energy management system software
• Experienced & know-how to perform an electrical PQ audit with portable or fixed PQ Meters.
• Understand and knowledgeable in power quality phenomena such as power factor, harmonics, voltage disturbances.
• Able to explain, articulate and present PQ knowledge comprehensively.
• Able to analyze, interpret electrical waveforms and data to deduce the PQ issues and recommend PQ mitigation solutions.
• Knowledgeable & well-verse in national & international standards (IEEE, IEC, EN, etc.) on PQ.
• Experience with Uninterruptable Power Supply, Variable Speed Drives, Active Harmonic Filter, Power Factor Correction and/or Power Quality Meter

• Understanding business drivers and business strategy.
• Strong achiever and ability to work with others or operate independently.
• Team player who put the team’s interest ahead of their own objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Swedish and English
• Ability to travel from time to time across the Cluster/Country as well as internationally.
