ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Each Services Project Planner works on 35-50 active opportunities at various stages, from new leads to recently completed implementations. In addition to managing the engagement, the Services Planner coordinates and drives to resolution issues related to the implementation, with the ultimate goal of closing out the engagement and related issues to the client's satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
Establish strong rapport with clients
Drive consulting services revenue to meet team goals
Proactively contact clients and position services offerings as needed
Collaborate with other departments to address client implementation needs or concerns
Review/assess needs with clients that have purchased or are interested in purchasing services
Leverage a strong understanding of products and client workflow to prescribe the proper services needed
Review client?s workflow, current system(s) and goals to develop implementation plan
Manage the preparation and execution of services/visits from start to finish
Assess and position all consulting services opportunities with internal and external clients
Maintain and update internal documentation
Qualifications Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills through various methods of communication
Experience with Project Management tools and methodology preferred
Broad understanding of the financial industry
Must have conceptual understanding of different software platforms, technologies & hardware
Must be able to multitask, be very detail oriented and highly organized, self-motivated and independent
Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong decision making capabilities
Product certification on APX/Axys and peripherals is required
