Are you ready to lead the development of cutting-edge technology in the electromobility space? We are seeking several passionate and skilled Project Managers to strengthen our Electromobility team. Whether you're focused on hardware or component development, your work will be key to advancing our vision of a sustainable future.
As a Project Manager - Component Development, you will manage the development and delivery of specific hardware components within larger electromobility projects.
As a Hardware Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the hardware development and delivery for prototype builds in larger projects or programs.
As a Project Manager in our Electromobility team, you will:
• Lead and coordinate the development and delivery of critical hardware components or electromobility solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure that projects meet Quality, Delivery, Cost, Features, Safety, and Sustainability (QDCCFSS) targets.
• Support technical teams through design reviews and ensure compliance with all required standards.
• Communicate progress effectively with stakeholders and contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented work environment.
You are a detail-oriented and collaborative leader who is passionate about technology and sustainability. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy guiding teams to achieve shared goals. You have:
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and motivate teams in delivering complex technical projects.
• Technical Expertise: Experience in hardware or component development within the automotive or related industries.
• Collaborative Spirit: Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork and inclusion.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to navigate and lead in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2+ years of project management experience in relevant fields.
• At least 5+ years of experience in product development.
• M.Sc. degree in a related engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar).
