We are building Revolt from the ground up and will need people who are not only comfortable following procedures but creating them as well. The ideal candidate should see themselves as a real team player with a great personality and attitude. Someone who is sociable, has excellent communication skills, who collaborates well with others and is committed to helping this amazing project realize its full potential.
You will be a vital member of the Revolt Ett team. For a better understanding of the production and maintenance needs, you must actively participate when our machines and equipment are installed. You must have a close co-operation with your colleagues with a mutual goal to ramp up and maximize our production efficiency. You must train and mentor your staff and you also need to have foresight and prepare for the future expansion. Ensure that standards are followed and employees are trained. Follow up shift performance and continuously look for improvement. Act on deviations and work with support functions to fix problems.
• In close collaboration with the rest of the team, participate in the installation and start-up of machine equipment, process-, and PLC systems.
• Conduct improvement work with a special focus on safety and ensure that rules and regulations are followed.
• Ensure that your team knows what to do by delegating tasks, evaluating performance, and follow up regularly.
• Ensure that your team has everything they need to ensure that SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), WIs (Work Instructions) and other instructions and policies are followed.
Be a big part of the comissioning team during SOP.

Qualifications/education/experience
High school / college degree or other relevant education.
Good knowledge of English. Swedish is a plus
A couple of years of experience from the process or manufacturing industry and experience of leading others.
Knowledge and experience of Lean / 5S / TPM.
Good knowledge from work with productivity, quality, and safety as well as the ability to make others understand and act accordingly.
Good communication skills since you will work closely with many different teams.
High work ethic and good problem-solving ability.
Specific skills
Experience from Process Industry (battery/pulp and paper/food/chemicals/microelectronics/oil & gas/pharmaceutical processing or similar) including safety procedures
