Dina arbetsuppgifter
As a Shipping administrator, you will be responsible for shipping and transportation planning along with shipping management. You work system oriented with accuracy in all input data to ensure qualitative and efficient deliveries.


Your responsibilities include:

- Ensure that forecasts and customer needs are up to date and accurate
- Coordinate the logistics chain with bookings via external logistics platforms
- Coordinate loading and shipping as well as perform ad hoc delivery requests
- Issue shipping documentation such as invoicing, transportation and customs documents
- Drive improvement work in the delivery function and to constantly develop customer relationships


Your work is crucial for the factory's success and delivery reliability towards the customer. You become part of an efficient and goal-oriented organization where English is the corporate language. The logistics department consists of a total of 8 colleagues, including a colleague at Shipping. You report to Supply Chain Manager.

Din profil
We are looking for you with a university degree in logistics, production, finance or purchasing. With your education behind you, you add an academic perspective and you have a height with you in approaches and problems. Of course, it is a merit if you have experience from a similar role from the industry before, or other industrial experience. You have very good knowledge of systems based on the set of parameters, overall understanding and optimal utilization. Likewise, we expect knowledge in Excel at an advanced level. Of course, you speak fluent English and come to terms with a multicultural work environment. If you do not speak Swedish from the start, your ambition is to learn the Swedish language.

As a person, you are results-driven, proactive and have a good ability to work under clear time pressure when problems arise. Crucial to success in the role is your very good communicative ability; you express yourself well and successfully balance between nurturing, developing and challenging customers. Of course, you are detail-oriented and analytical, meticulous in your work and at the same time constantly keen to always want to develop and improve your own but also the tasks and conditions of the environment.
