Shipping Administrator to TitanX Engine Cooling in Mjällby

TitanX Engine Cooling is a global supplier of commercial vehicle engine and transmission cooling solutions to OEMs and the independent aftermarket. Your role

As Shipping Administrator you will be responsible for managing customer demand data, coordinating the logistic loop and planning, executing and controlling shipments. The role also includes documenting shipments and working with ongoing process improvements. You will be one of two Shipping Administrators and part of our experienced Supply Chain team. You will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

Your main responsibilities include:

* Master data set up, customer demand update, tracking delivery performance
* Booking of pick-ups via external logistics platforms
* Shipping; labelling of goods, coordinating loading & shipping
* Administration; logistic information, financial & legal information (invoicing, customs documents etc.)
* Improving overall shipping function and efficiency
* Communication with customers



The position is based in Mjällby. You will be hired by TitanX Enginee Cooling.



Your profile

You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Purchasing or Engineering, or about 2-3 years experience in Supply Chain (planning), Purchasing or Financial Controlling.

You have an organized, analytical mindset with good Excel skills. If you have previous experience from SAP it is considered an advantage.

As a person you are proactive, result-driven and able to work under pressure. You are a team player with good communication skills and you speak and write English fluently. Swedish language is not required, but considered a merit.
