Are you our new collaborative and engaged Shipping Coordinator with great communication skills?
As a shipping coordinator you are an important part of the value chain to the customer. You will be responsible for deliveries of goods arriving at the customer at the right time with the right documentation, fulfilled, in time.
We cooperate with several functions internally such as packing, warehouse, production facilities and our market companies around the world. Externally, you work with our carriers and our freight forwarders.
What you will do
As Shipping Coordinator you will focus on
Plan and coordinate shipments to several export markets for all mode of transport by ocean, air, road, rail and express, globally.
Create and validate customs and freight documentation
Follow legislation and procedures relating to quality, customs and safety
Ensure that all deliveries are in accordance with procedures and policy's set by Tetra Pak and governing authorities such as customs, VAT and export control

Who you are
We are looking for a true team player to join our team. We believe that you are a collaborative, self-motivated person who enjoys multi-tasking and have strong administrative and communication skills. You have also a supportive mind-set and are very open for effective collaboration with people. Continuous improvement is a natural part of your way of working. To be successful in this role we believe that you have 2-3 years of experience from a similar role and administrative tasks and a post-secondary education with a focus on export management, freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain.
A very good command of English and Swedish, both written and oral is required.
Proficiency in MS Office.
SAP knowledge would be beneficial.
