How to contribute to our vision.
We are currently seeking an additional member of our dedicated Technical Support team providing both remote and onsite technical support of systems and components within the turbine
You will be:
· Working with the newest Onshore turbine platform
· Provide Onsite/Remote Support for newbuild Onshore windfarms and other windfarms when needed within the fleet
· Develop competence and key knowledge to be able to provide onsite technical and phone support
· Documentation of processes and technical theory
· Create relevant detailed technical report.
· Analyse data from multiple sources and consolidate to enable a clear technical overview/response.
· Present and explain technical issues to a wide variety of people in a clear manner.
· Participate in technical knowledge share with other business functions.
· Technical input to Case Handling system the business uses where technical advice has been given or requested by someone.
· Always demonstrate an active safety leadership role. Ensure correct reporting of incidents and accidents, near misses and unsafe acts and conditions.
What you need to make a difference

· Experience working on both our legacy Siemens & legacy Gamesa systems is preferred but not essential.
· Expert electrical and/or hydraulic knowledge demonstrated by qualification or with relevant experience from the wind industry is required.
· To be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner passing on knowledge to site personnel with varied competency.
· Ability to demonstrate detailed understanding of wind turbine technologies,
· Expert knowledge of electrical/hydraulic diagrams and documentation.
· Understanding of turbine interface tools used locally within the turbine or remotely.
· Advance IT skills including all aspects of MS Office.
· Ability to understand and contribute to departmental processes and procedures.
· Have a flexible and enthusiastic approach to the role – working in a shift pattern, working away from home and unsociable hours when required.
· Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure.
· Ability to work under own initiative as well as integrate into a team environment
