Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Simulation & Analysis Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Deliver quality-assured calculation models and validated results, making informed recommendations.
Perform high-complexity simulations and analyses, ensuring fidelity and alignment with design targets.
Support continuous improvement of simulation and analysis methods and tools.
Act as a technical expert, providing guidance to project and design engineers at all project stages.
Initiate and lead worldwide networks, driving innovation through collaboration with universities, external institutes, and in-house development teams.
Develop and improve methods and tools on a global scale.
Train and mentor less experienced Simulation & Analysis Engineers worldwide.
Provide input to product and system roadmaps, influencing project strategies and timelines.
Perform project content evaluation and estimation to meet delivery schedules.
Act as a recognized expert in Simulation & Analysis Engineering, contributing to project roadmaps and strategies within industry trends.

What You Bring:
10+ years of relevant experience in simulation and analysis engineering.
Proven experience as a project lead, coach, mentor, and educator.
Recognized subject matter expert with a strong T-shaped profile, either in-depth in a discipline or with a mature generalist toolbox.
Expertise in delivering quality-assured simulation models and results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
Experience in developing and improving simulation and analysis methods and tools.
Ability to plan, lead, and perform complex simulations and analyses.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with project and design engineers.
Experience in driving innovation through partnerships with universities, external institutes, and in-house teams.
Proven ability to train and mentor less experienced engineers.
Experience in contributing to product and system roadmaps and project strategies.
Strong understanding of industry trends and the ability to articulate value creation by linking work to the TD/BA strategy.
