Simulations Engineer

As a Simulations Engineer at LEAX Falun you will:
Main Job Responsibilities
Preparing 3D models by Finite Element Modeling (FEM)
Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
Generate reports
Perform component geometry optimization by balancing mass reduction, stiffness required, stress level and durability with collaboration with Design Engineers to achieve project targets
Interaction with testing department to correlate the simulations with real investigations


Profile and Experience
Education:
Graduation in Mechanical Engineering
MSC in Structural Analysis or related area (desired)

Required Experience
Siemens Simcenter software for CAE with focus on Structural Analysis (Stress Analysis) and Durability Simulation and Fatigue Analysis

Desired Experience:
YaPlm system
Microsoft Office package
