Site Administrator
As Site Admin you will support colleagues and managers at our site in Perstorp with various administrative tasks and general back-office duties in order to ensure our business runs smoothly.
This position is an 18 months fixed-term contract as cover for parental leave.


What you will do
· Support different departments with various administrative tasks
· Support organization of corporate and external conferences, and other site events
· Assist with various bookings (e.g. taxis, restaurants, hotels)
· Manage office supplies, giveaways and corporate gifts
· Responsible for the agreement archive, both digital and physical
· Coordinate repairs and renovation at our different buildings as well as furniture and office equipment
· Support with internal communication
· Handle purchase orders, invoices and goods receipts in SAP
