Do you find working with renewable energy interesting and meaningful? We do! And if you answered yes, you just might be the person our Project Management Site team. We are currently looking for a Site Assistant who will be working on our site in the Nordic region. The aim of the position is to support our Site Manger in managing all site activities. This position can be based in either Sweden or Finland.
YOUR TASKS
Manage the logistics of site equipment
Manage the transportation and warehouse on site and interact with office-based personnel with regards to material management
Manage the documentation, site data base and site server
Responsible for daily administrative work on site
Manage and control HSE data base of all personnel on site in cooperation with HSE assistant
Collect and file WTG documentation
Support the Site Manager in local purchases / consumables supply
Support Site Manager to improve performance, time schedule and the P&L
Responsible for the work content & time table for specific tasks on site
Track the project’s time schedule
Analyze and resolve work problems on site
Support the Site Manager in ensuring compliance with all federal, state and corporate laws, regulations and requirements
In your role you will report to the Site Manager.
YOUR PROFILE
Technical education, bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering diploma
At least 3 years work experience with a reputed technical / industrial company
Fluent in English
Good knowledge of the local regulations and legal requirements
Goodcommunication skills
Ability to work in a team and self organized
Excellent computer skills (MS office, SAP preferable)
Willingness to travel and stay on the construction site for longer periods of time as the rotation is 1 week at home and 3 weeks one site.
