Your role:
As a Site assistant, you work in a broad role with varying tasks. With the customer and the team in focus, you provide support and make sure that the site is in order based on the procedures and quality standards that exist. You carry out fire protection checks, assist with deliveries and follow up so that the premises are in good condition. As a Site assistant, you support the daily maintenance tasks in operation and have an eye for things that need to be addressed, big or small. Maybe the lock in a door needs to be repaired, a light bulb changed or a delivery picked up on the loading dock, no day is the same in the role as Site assistant and we think you are a person who likes to take initiative and who is a real doer. The work also includes supporting other departments and helping where needed. An important part of the work is to contribute to improvements and development of the site. Together with the team and your manager, you set priorities to work together towards the goals of the business.
What you’ll need:
• final grades from high school
• knowledge of Microsoft Office
• an interest and experience in working with technology
• to be flexible
• to be business conscious
• to be enterprising, structured and self-driven
• to be good at creating relationships and have a good sense of service
• good knowledge of Swedish and English
Extra merits:
