Site & Logistics is a part of Workplace Operations which is an exciting internal function within IKEA of Sweden. Site & Logistics are responsible to secure that the daily operation is working in an efficient way and that our exhibition areas are in shape as new. As a Site Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that the facilities at the sites you are responsible for are in conditions that meets the expectations from both visitors and co-workers. Ensure that the exhibition, fika and meeting areas are as shape as new during the whole period from we have taken over the responsibility from the BPL team until we close for the yearly rebuilding.
You will be our contact person at the site for all bookings, orders and purchasing and coordinate the work with taking down all products and propping. Visit responsible which means that the person always is available to support the visitors during their time at the site, external and internal, stakeholders and coordinate the work that needs to be done to fulfill the expectations. Handle orders of consumables, IKEA products, coffee break (coffee, tea, breakfast, fruit, fika) and working clothes.
Furthermore, you will administrate and coordinate all bookings of meeting areas, technical equipment, meeting furnishing, fika, lunch etc and ensure that everything is in place at the right time according to the orders. You are involved in all re-furnishing and adaptions for meeting and other events and responsible for all purchasing of material and equipment that is needed in the operation at the site. You will also be working in the reception at IOS and in the Post & Packages department.

You can build trustful relationships with people on all levels and take pride in setting high standards in place to meet the demands from the business.
You have good computer skills with excellence knowledge in Microsoft Office. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Good knowledge about our range and Supply Chain. Knowledge of the systems PIA, OMS, iShop and iSell is meritorious.
