Here's the role we're looking to fill:

We are now looking for a Site controller Team leader EMEA to strengthen our Business Controlling team within Supply Chain & Operations EMEA .

In this role, you will be hands-on Site controller for Oatly’s Oatbase factory in Landskrona and the Team lead for all in-house production sites (SE, NL and UK) within EMEA.

The position is placed at our Oatly Factory in Landskrona.

Some of the tasks could include:

- Create and present monthly reports with comments, analysis and variance reports
- Support the site with analysis, follow up, deviation reporting and understanding
- Cost control to secure predictability
- Calculate, compile and verify budget, forecasts and long term plans
- Create and maintain yearly standard cost calculations
- Support of Capex business case creations and follow up
- Implement and follow financial processes
- Build relations and spread financial knowledge to stakeholders
- Setting KPI, target and drive continuous improvements
- Lead and drive alignment with controllers at our manufacturing sites


Who do we need?

Besides having 5-10 years work experience within Business Controlling, you are an outspoken team-player who is service minded and flexible with a positive mindset.

We also hope that you tick the following boxes:

- You have University degree in Business administration
- Experience from a manufacturing company and/or FMCG is a crucial component in your CV
- You have experience from handling large data sets in pivot tables and can create your analysis in Excel
- You are a strong communicator, and you are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and written
- You are confident in handling the Office package and you have detailed experience from working with ERP systems such as D365 or any similar complex system
