We are searching for our new Site Engineer. You will get the possibility to work in one of Europe’s biggest construction company with an exciting infrastructure project.
About AGN Haga
AGN Haga is a Joint Venture owned by Italian Astaldi, Turkish Gülermak and Norwegian NRC Group, based in city center of Gothenburg, Sweden. AGN Haga has been awarded the contract to build Haga station (E04) and Kvarnberget lot (E03) which are two of five main construction projects of the West Link. It is a turnkey project in collaboration with the client Swedish transport administration, Trafikverket.
With expertise from all over Europe, AGN Haga is a multicultural workplace located in central of Gothenburg. AGN Haga has a passion for tunnels and construction and are proud to belong to Gothenburg's largest infrastructure project and write modern history.
Your position
You will be a part of our Site-team and you will work with:
handling daily tasks on site, prepare production protocols & daily reports
Distribute tasks to site personnel according to daily plan, oversee, and coordinate contracted site staff and sub-contractors.
Access and organize required material for site works
Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
Ensuring that site personnel adhere to health and safety policies and legalization while working
Checking subcontractor invoices and claims and report to site manager
Your profile
We are looking for you who have:
Flexibility & understanding of different cultures
Good communication skills, listening and verbal
Critical thinking and complex problem solving skills
Requirements:
Engineering background. You should know what equipment and machines we are using in the tunnel. If you have more experience it’s meritorious.
Swedish is a plus but our first language is English and you need to be comfortable with English in both writing and speaking. If you know more languages, it’s a bonus!
