To managing our administrative support function at the Customer Services Centre in Fuengirola we are looking for a
Site Manager.

For the right candidate we offer this new established and challenging role in a growing organisation which currently counts more than 100 highly motivated colleagues. We expect you to contribute with substantial managerial efforts in cooperation with other managers on different levels in the organisation. In Fuengirola, you will be part of the local management team together with each countrys Customer Service Manager.

Your specific areas of responsibility will be:
- Provide and ensure optimal infrastructure to support the current operative businesses of the Customer Service Centre supporting each country within the Group
- Follow-up contact with local Spanish authorities
- Manage administrative support to the national Customer Services managers
- Ensure adequate and timely financial reporting to Group Management on a monthly basis including the overall responsibility for annual budgets and filing of local statutory financial statements.

English is the group language and we also ask for experience in law and finance in a Spanish context, which also implies collaboration with local authorities. Higher education should be documented, but relevant experience might compensate.

The daily work is to a large degree about taking the ownership of and provide to the Customer Centre as follows:
- Ensure and develop adequate infrastructural services and routines to the Spanish operations. These services might include IT, finance, payroll, revision (ISO), HSE, kitchen, cleaning and the totality of the office building (environment, water, heating, cooling, individual work places, etc.)
- Secure Sector Alarms material, cultural and intangible assets by supervising and following up that the staff handbook regulations are put into action. Furthermore, we expect the Site Manager to communicate Sector Alarms core values as a natural way of his/her daily work tasks as well as in his/her interaction with local employees and other parts of the Group.

- In cooperation with the national managers, manage all actions that influence upon the Customer Centres daily production, which also include information to national management teams and Group management.
- Having a strategic view on the Spanish operations and its performance as the Group will continue its European growth.

The position is located in Fuengirola (Spain).

Group headquarters are located in Oslo, Norway and some travelling will be required.
