Site Manager

We are currently hiring for a Site Manager to support underground cable project for Electric Power Grid located in Stockholm.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates and manage the work crews on site on a day-to-day basis, and ensure the work is done safely, on time and within budget and to the right quality and standards.
Manages crew planning, site preparations and detailed planning of tasks along with project manager and technical responsible to ensure work will be conducted according to agreed rules and standards.
Contacts with members of the site team at all times, liaise with customer and third parties on site and report immediately to project manager in case of incidents, delays, conflicts or other.
Provides ongoing management of construction project involving processes for the management of project budgets, schedules, procurement of goods and services, communication, quality assurance, change orders, and risk and issue identification and resolution.
Coordinates projects with ongoing or proposed major maintenance programs, equipment needs, land acquisition, project design, contract solicitation, project inspection, and the employer.

Requirements:
Associate Degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or Electric Engineering
10 years(more) of similar work experience
