Your role

As Site Manager Huskvarna, you will work in a highly expansive business environment where facility growth and strategic site planning are part of the everyday business.

In your role you will be leading and coordinating the support to BA Surveillance and BA Dynamics in strategic and operational property and facility management.

You will be responsible for a strategic facility plan in accordance with BA Surveillance and BA Dynamics business plan and you will report to Site Coordination manager, BA Surveillance Security and risk management department.

Your main tasks will be:

* Site Capacity management
* Site investments demands
* Coordinate strategic facility projects
* Site Communication plan
* Local Site Council
* Site-related reviews
* Site incident or crisis
* Site Risk Management
* Business Continuity Management

You will be based in Gothenburg / Kallebäck, but we are a global company and we work in an international context, which will require some travelling both domestic and internationally and you need to feel confident in both speaking and writing in English.

Your profile

Required skills:

* Experience from working in a business-driven organization
* Experience from working with protective security from a site perspective
* Experience from working with BCM
* Good problem-solving skills
* Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written

Desired skills:

* Experience in site and property management, including

* Contract management
* Site development
* Contractor management
* Financial responsibility

* Experience from working in a global context including understanding of site operations related in relations to the business process
* Good knowledge about Saab´s routines and processes
* Ability to build and maintain networks and good relations inside as well as outside the company

Personal qualities will be of great importance, you are a true team player, always focusing on what's best for the site, the businesses and the company.

It is paramount that you are trustworthy with strong ethics and personal integrity.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
