As Site Manager North at RWE you will be responsible for operations including service and maintenance. We have 75 Onshore turbines placed in South Sweden and 185 Onshore turbines placed in North Sweden. This means planning, follow up, reporting OPEX and MTP planning and supporting the Service Manager.

Your main area of responsibility will include:

* Managing safety and in accordance with relevant legislation and company instructions
* Producing annual maintenance and improvement work programs
* Optimizing plant operation to minimize downtime
* Maintaining an up to date engineering asset register
* Preparing annual budgets and operating plans
* Controlling spend to budget
* Backing Service Manager and Asset Manager on the Procurement process and authorizing payments
* Reporting asset performance to internal and external stakeholders.
* Developing site specific procedures & instructions where appropriate
* Stakeholder Management, internal and external. Interface with public and community groups
* Landowner management ensuring rents, revenues are delivered appropriately and to define timescales

This position is preferably in Viksjö (outside Härnösand), but aplicants from Malmö will be considered!

About you
To be successful and feel at home in the role as Site Manager North we think you have an academic degree, preferably within Engineering, Economics or similar. You have experience of Contact and Contractor management and you also been operating within safety, environmental and operational policies, frameworks and statutory legislation.

You have good communications skills including presentation delivery and you are professional with both internal and external stakeholders. You approach problems when they appear but you always have the ambition to prioritize proactive work, structure and accuracy. You are analytic with a strong personal drive to deliver and you're also independent, reliable and able to perform well under pressure.

In addition to the above, we would like you to have knowledge of:

* Financial management, formulating budgets, monitoring and controlling budgets
* Experience of managing service providers
* Good understanding and awareness of environmental, commercial and legal issues and the impact on the plant operating conditions
* IT literacy skills
