Site Monitoring and Control Engineer for telecom

We are looking for a Site Monitoring and Control Engineer for telecom.Key Words: Monitoring Engineer, Site Solution , Site Monitoring , Intelligent Site, Battery Management, Hybrid Energy management; Job Description: *BTS or fixed access site monitoring and control solution design or site monitoring unit high level design.*Responsible for requirements analysis on BTS site or fixed access site monitoring and control. Essential Skills required: *More than 5 years experiences on high level design of BTS or fixed access site monitoring and control.*More than 8 years experience on monitoring and control design.*The ability to analyse the intelligent site monitoring and control development trend on telecom and wireless Base Station.*Knowledge of site solution for Base Station or fixed access site, and ability of analysis the site requirements.*Knowledge of low level design of site monitoring and control unit. Additional skills required: *Fluent spoken and written English.*Good communications and presentation skills.*The ability to communicate and work in multicultural team environment.*The ability to think of novel solutions and prove them.Beneficial: *Electronics analogue/digital engineering background, preferably from telecommunications companies (especially RBS/BTS development experience).*Familiarity with the battery or solar or wind or diesel generator hybrid energy management.
