The Team
The consultancy and training team are now looking for a Site Performance Manger based in Eskilstuna to drive and participate in customer programs and scale our consultancy/advisory offering. This includes driving or participating in customer projects with the target to improve their productivity or other important targets as reducing CO2 emissions.

Role description
The position is about scaling up our customer site productivity advisory and consultancy services and we need a positive yes, we can attitude and dedicated individual helping us to do that. The objective is to create customer value by insights, analytics and suggest potential improvement activities.
As a Site Performance Manager, you will map processes, analyze productivity data, and use applicable simulation/optimization tools. As we are working with complex operation systems its of importance to work closely with business experts in the customer value chain. This will result in valuable recommendations on improvement activities that will improve the customers operations and business performance.
Who are you?
In this role there are plenty of activities going on and therefore you need skills driving activities in a structured approach. Furthermore, knowledge in problem solving methodologies to identify waste and come up with recommendations on process improvements and drive those in a business context will be required. We believe that you are interested in working with data and are eager to use or learn simulation tools and visualize data for fact-based improvement recommendations.
Education required
Bachelor or higher education level required, degree in business, mathematics, engineering, and development and/or equivalent experience from similar position
